실행

elasticsearch 압축을푼 디렉토리 안에 bin 디렉토리에 있는 elasticsearch 파일을 실행한다.

OSX brew install

$ brew update
$ brew install elasticsearch
Data:    /usr/local/var/elasticsearch/elasticsearch_J2P/
Logs:    /usr/local/var/log/elasticsearch/elasticsearch_J2P.log
Plugins: /usr/local/var/lib/elasticsearch/plugins/

To have launchd start elasticsearch at login:
    ln -sfv /usr/local/opt/elasticsearch/*.plist ~/Library/LaunchAgents
Then to load elasticsearch now:
    launchctl load ~/Library/LaunchAgents/homebrew.mxcl.elasticsearch.plist
Or, if you don't want/need launchctl, you can just run:
    elasticsearch --config=/usr/local/opt/elasticsearch/config/elasticsearch.yml

실행

$ ln -sfv /usr/local/opt/elasticsearch/*.plist ~/Library/LaunchAgents
$ launchctl load ~/Library/LaunchAgents/homebrew.mxcl.elasticsearch.plist

링크를 걸어주고 launchctl 로 실행한다.

Testing

$ curl 'http://localhost:9200/?pretty'

위와 같이 curl 로 request 를 날리면 다음과 같은 결과를 볼수 있다.
